For when you know your pattern and want a plan

The Trauma Response Recovery Kit

Knowing whether you fight, flee, freeze or fawn is the easy part. Knowing what to actually do on a Tuesday afternoon, when the pattern has just run again and you are sitting in the aftermath, is the hard part. This kit is eight weeks of structure for that, plus a workbook written specifically for your response.

Secure payment by Stripe. Instant download. 30-day refund, no questions asked.

What is inside

The 8-Week Recovery Program

The centre of the kit. Eight weekly modules that build in order — noticing, the body, your dominant response, triggers, regulation in the moment, boundaries, repair, and a relapse plan. Each week has its own exercises, a daily practice and an end-of-week reflection.

Four Type Deep-Dive Workbooks

One each for fight, flight, freeze and fawn. Your response examined across intimate relationships, work, family and the body — with a healing sequence written specifically for that pattern, not a generic one.

The Complete 55-Worksheet Pack

All 55 printable worksheets in one document, included as a bonus. (This one is also free on the site — it is here so everything lives in one place.)

Who it is for

People who have already done the reading. You can name your pattern, you can spot it happening, and you are tired of understanding it without it changing. The kit assumes you are intelligent and does not spend forty pages explaining what a trauma response is.

It is not for acute crisis, and it is not a replacement for therapy. If you are in the middle of something dangerous or overwhelming right now, please get support from a person, not a PDF.

Not sure yet?

Start free. The 2-minute quiz tells you your dominant response, and the 55 free worksheets are genuinely free with nothing held back. If those help and you want the structure around them, the kit will be here.

Questions

How is this different from the free worksheets?

The worksheets are tools. This is a plan. The free pack gives you 55 separate exercises with no order; the kit gives you eight weeks in a deliberate sequence, plus a deep-dive workbook written for your specific response. If the free worksheets have been useful but you have not known what to do first, that is exactly the gap this fills.

Do I need to know my trauma response first?

It helps, and it takes two minutes. Take the free quiz and you will know which of the four deep-dive workbooks to open first. The 8-week program works regardless, and week 3 walks you through identifying your dominant pattern properly.

Is this therapy?

No, and it is important to be straight about that. This is psychoeducation and structured self-reflection. It cannot diagnose anything and it is not crisis support. Plenty of people use it alongside therapy as between-session work, and that is often the best way to use it.

What format is it, and do I keep it?

PDFs, downloadable the moment you pay, and yours to keep and print forever. Everything is designed to print cleanly with the write-in space intact. You also get an email with your download links.

What if it is not right for me?

Email within 30 days and you get your money back, no questions and no awkwardness. Trauma work is personal and not every resource fits every person.

This kit is educational and self-reflective. It is not therapy, it cannot diagnose any condition, and it is not crisis support. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services; in the US you can call or text 988. A trauma response never makes frightening, controlling or violent behaviour acceptable, in either direction — in the US, the National Domestic Violence Hotline is 1-800-799-7233.
